1. Camping Report
1. Cedar Point is scheduled for September 17-19. There will be 12 scouts and 8 adults coming. They will be camping at Lakeside-Marblehead in Ohio.
2. Fall Camporee is October 8-10 at Kensington Metropark
3. Holiday Camp is December 3-5 at D-A in Metamora.
4. Winter Camporee is at D-A February 4-6.
5. Miakonda will be in March 18-20 at Toledo, Ohio.
6. Summer Camp will be at Camp Rotary July 9-16-05
7. A possible orienteering camp will be in May 20-22 of 05 at Willow Metro Park.
8. Other campouts mentioned were white water rafting, canoeing, and Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Caving was also discussed for High Adventure crew.
2. Advancement Report
1. 130 awards will be awarded at the Fall Court of Honor on September 26.
3. Treasurer Report
1. The treasurer reported the troop is solvent.
2. The troop accounts status was also discussed.
4. Quartermaster Report
1. 6 or 7 tents need some repair.
5. Web Site Update
1. No major update reported.
6. High Adventure
1. Sea Base is scheduled for Dec. 2005. $250.00 deposits should be in as soon as possible. Those interested should pay by October 1^st to reserve your spot on the boat for the trip of a lifetime in the Florida Keys.
2. The High Adventure Chairman reported a successful season at the MIS cleanups.
7. Policy and Rules discussion
1. Mr. L.N. is going to look over the policy and rules proposals and further discussion will continue next meeting.
8. Scoutmaster Report
1. The boys want to discuss more merit badge discussions.
2. Merit badge counseling is October 17 for adults at St. Mikes.
3. October 16 is open house for Weblos at St. Mikes.
9. Roundtable
1. Discussion of uniform presentation after the activities.
2. Encouraging more parental participation at the Courts of Honor.
